We have 100+ years combined work experience in the construction industry, from masonry and foundation repair to home additions and remodeling.
In 1979, Matt Erickson went into business as a general contractor and since then has been joined by his three sons. Our family business has grown to include 25+ employees, and continues to expand each year. We now specialize in two main aspects of the home improvement industry through two separate divisions, namely Erickson Foundation Supportworks and Betterliving Sunrooms of New Hampshire.
In 2010, Erickson Construction Co., Inc. teamed up with Craftbilt as the exclusive dealer of Betterliving sunrooms, awnings and patio enclosures in New Hampshire.
In 2014, Erickson joined the Foundation Supportworks dealer network, now having access to the best materials and foundation solutions in the industry to efficiently and effectively solve any problem you might have.
While our services have changed over the years, our strong work ethic and quality craftsmanship have always remained intact. Our company goal is to redefine our industry and set new standards for quality of service, providing the best specialized solutions for our customers, and a fulfilling work environment for our employees.
Matthew Erickson Sr., President/Owner
Matt Erickson established Erickson Construction Company, Inc., in 1979, after earning a degree in Building Construction Technology from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. He is experienced in all aspects of general contracting services, including masonry, excavation work, new home construction, renovations and remodeling, and foundation repair. His wide range of skills and experience make him the perfect leader for the Erickson Construction team.
Jeannette Erickson, Office Manager
Jeannette Erickson has a degree in paralegal studies and has worked for a number of local law offices over the years, and she also has experience as a librarian. As Erickson Construction continued to grow, she joined the team full time as the office manager. She is also active in Business Development, often representing the company at networking and chamber events.
Matthew Erickson Jr., Vice President
Matt Erickson Jr. grew up in Hudson, NH and earned a degree in political science from Saint Michaels College in Vermont. Matt Jr. has been working full-time alongside his father since 1998 and has been an incredible asset in growing the family business. When it comes to making a home addition or remodeling project easy and hassle free, Matt has played a huge role in channeling what it is our customers are looking for, and in turn has created the platform we use in approaching each and every project.
Bob Labrie, Senior Job Foreman
Bob Labrie has been involved with carpentry for 30+ years in the Greater Nashua area, managing projects from custom cabinetry all the way up to complete new home construction.
Bob's skill and expertise are a wonderful asset to Erickson Construction, and we're proud to say Bob has been with us for 12 years. His attention to detail ensures each project receives the same high quality outcome.
John Prince, System Design Specialist
John Prince earned degrees in Aviation and Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and worked for 8 years in the financial management sector, earning himself four financial licenses along the way.
Looking for a change of pace, in 2013 John went into business for himself, owning a small building and remodeling company, as well as being a property manager. He joined Erickson Construction full-time in 2014 and has become one of our top foundation repair experts.
Andrew Ahlquist, Concrete Repair Technician - Warehouse Manager
Andrew Ahlquist is from Plaistow, NH and attended Southern New Hampshire University after earning an Associates degree in Building Construction Technology from Manchester Community College. Graduating in 2015, Andrew obtained a Bachelors degree in Technical Management. He is usually on hand in our main warehouse, however is also knowledgeable in all our foundation repair applications.
Nathan Erickson, Production Manager
Nate Erickson learned carpentry from his father and successfully ran his own companies in both Hawaii and South Carolina. Nate returned to New Hampshire in 2013 and rejoined the family business full-time once again. He designs foundation repair systems for all aspects of projects for Erickson Foundation Supportworks, and also manages the companies division of HomeVestors, which restores homes and puts them back on the market.
Betty Paradis, Customer Service Manager
Betty Paradis joined our Erickson Construction team in 2015, and handles all aspects of customer service for all divisions of the company. Should you ever call the office or be booking an appointment with one of our design specialists, Betty will be the helpful person on the other end of the phone.
Betty brings in much experience, having worked in the real estate industry and other office management positions prior to joining us.
Chris Hanulec, Production Manager
Chris Hanulec is from Pelham, NH and joined our Erickson Foundation Supportworks team in 2015. Chris graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelors degree in Technology Management, a program which focused on building technologies and construction management. He is a great asset to our foundation repair team as a project manager, knowledgeable in all our product installation methods and techniques.
Niles Erickson, Marketing Manager
Niles worked as a carpenter with the family business until his desire to travel carried him abroad. In 2009, he found himself in Ningbo, China where he taught English for three semesters. He later moved to Beijing and worked as an operations manager for an internship and study abroad program.
Niles has contributed content and articles to various home improvement websites, including Porch.com, ProTradeCraft.com and NewHampshireHomes.com.
